D M. Cummings is the voice of experience, she is a single mother and a college graduate. She enjoys reading and writes as a way of expressing herself. She is expressing her joy for writing as a first time author in her book Is Real Love Worth My Life? People are dying everyday due to domestic violence and it's getting closer and closer to home. The police can only do so much and the abuser won't be in jail forever, so if you keep going backwards you'll never get ahead�, says Cummings.
